The Desa Maintenance & Service Agreement for Desktop Computers On  proper hardware inspection we have the following options available: Desktop Computers = R190,00  per computer. For ex. 5 Computers = 5 X R190.00 = R950,00 per month. On this option we replace the faulty hardware at no further cost to you with new parts. We do take an inventory list of all our customers computer hardware to safe guard our customers and ourselves. We do not replace stolen hardware!!! We service computers and servers on a monthly basis on a agreed date which include the following: · Check and Service of software · Check and Service of hardware · Clean of Hardware and computer screens · Antivirus scan. {Panda Antivirus Product needs to be installed} Please note that the maintenance agreement will be in void if there is no UPS ( Uninterrupted power supply) with surge protector plug top installed.  These UPS’s can be purchased from us at a very competitive price.   The Desa Service Agreement for Desktop Computers On  proper hardware inspection we have the following options available: Desktop Computers = R105.00  per computer per month. Our fees are subject to the distance we travel and include up to 1 hour in labour. After 1 hour has elapsed the normal hourly rate of R95,00 per hour is charged. Call out fees Boksburg = R350.00 Benoni = R350.00 Brakpan = R350.00 Edenvale = R400.00 Germiston = R350.00 Johannesburg = R500,00 Kempton Park = R400.00 Nigel = R400.00 Pretoria = R550.00 These fees may change without prior notice in conjunction with petrol price increases and is payable in advance.
